Marketing & Business Development Coordinator (FT)
Assists in establishing and execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services in an ever-changing healthcare environment. Must be detail-oriented, thrive on multi-tasking, be able to work quickly and possess skills working with website and social media. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior medical office or healthcare experience a plus, but not required.
Switchboard Operator (FT)
Duties include clerical as well as receiving and routing oral and typed messages appropriately and professionally via multi-line switchboard and email. Must be highly detailed, able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and be adept at getting along with different personalities. A strong work ethic, excellent computer and communication skills, and an outgoing personality are necessities. Should have prior experience in PBX, Dispatch, or Call Center. Spanish or bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Physician Assistant (FT)
Assists Supervising Physician in providing complete care for orthopaedic patients in a busy sports medicine practice. Will also be involved with professional/college/high school team coverage. Must be able to maintain composure under pressure, and have strong clinical, surgical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prior athletic training or orthopaedic experience preferred. Must have a valid Nebraska Physician Assistant license and be NCCPA certified.
Insurance Authorization Specialist (FT)
Responsible for obtaining authorization from insurance carriers for orthopaedic procedures and surgery. Must have experience with health insurance medical policies as well as insurance carrier benefit structures and the processes to obtain authorizations. Orthopaedic clinical or medical procedure scheduling experience would be beneficial. Must be detail-oriented, have a strong customer service background and value a TEAM working environment.
Radiology Tech (FT)
Approximately 32+ hours per week as needed.
Duties include operating a C-Arm for pain injections and occasional surgeries, phone and in-person communication with patients, performing x-rays in a clinic setting, and data entry. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess good communication skills with both patients and staff. Must be ARRT registered and have a valid Nebraska radiology license.
